We are energy. We are communication. We are networks of information constantly attracting, resisting, surviving, and creating the experiences in our lives.

Creating life altering shifts does not work on simply a “mental” plane, a good plan and clear “to do” list. When I say “life altering”, I don’t mean you are collecting accomplishments, trophies that grow dusty on a shelf. I am speaking of creating a life that is authentically your soul’s expression. A life that brings you the experiences of joy and connection daily. A life that is alive, dynamically engaged and filled with passion and purpose. We believe this is possible and requires that we engage and address all aspects of our being: our energetic body, our spiritual body, our mental body, our emotional body and our physical body. When our bodies are in “alignment” with each other, miraculous breakthroughs occur rapidly in our life. The work is creating alignment within us, and connecting that alignment to the vision of our soul.

We all know the feeling and experiences of deciding goals from our mind or “mental body”. New Year’s Resolutions are perfect examples. New Year’s Day, we plot and plan and write our new goals for that year, some of us, with intense diligence and what we think is a well laid out fire-safe structure. We begin with gusto and are proud after our 7 days of success. Yet, often by day 10, the commitment begins to dwindle. Reasons and excuses set in, and suddenly the circumstances of life seem to “get in the way”. Sound familiar?

I believe that what we perceive as “in the way” of our progress is, in fact, an important doorway, and it takes a new framework to uncover the breakthroughs lying at your fingertips. A term we call “self-sabotage” is a product of our own misalignments. Auraly’s work is focused on uncovering, healing, releasing, and reprogramming our “bodies” into alignment. To learn to trust your highest visions in a new way. To embrace a new view of our personal power to create and shape our lives.

To do things differently, we must first see things differently. This requires new tools to cleanse and clear the past. To break free and trade the hamster wheel for a beautiful new life of discovery and connection.
