Discover your Soul Song
Who are you? What is your life for? What are you deeply committed to? What is the higher purpose you came here to fulfill? What are your latent and unexpressed gifts and talents that you have locked away, hidden or denied yourself their expression?
You may know these answers or think you do, or perhaps you have no idea. These are some of the questions we will ask in our life guide coaching sessions together. I have found that the quality of our life is driven by the quality of the questions we ask ourselves on a daily basis. The inquiry is ongoing, but if our main daily question asking ourselves, “What do I need to check off my to do list today?” Then our experiences in life can easily become mundane and uninspired. We can literally miss the good stuff.
Mostly the discovery of our soul song, (you know that “thing” that you feel is somewhere buried deep within you), is a process of first stripping away the old. In Auraly terms, we teach you to locate your outdated and disempowering beliefs and burn them! Then, we can start with the ashes. It is empowering and freeing.
Auraly coaching explores and integrates all arenas of life. The core value of honoring ourselves and others unconditionally and seeking the highest and best for all, is our guiding theme. Stating and living from clear intentions sets the stage for your ascension all around. The work literally impacts every area of your life. It can be focused on working through anything you desire, including top picks of relationships and career development.
Teachings and training tools we integrate include Socratic inquiry, which utilizes non-judgmental exploration as a major access point to transformation. We teach tools of creative based communication skills that assist in moving us from “survival mode” to “creation mode”. We invite you into conversations that are metaphysical in nature, and explore various spiritual practices passed on from global masters including meditation, energy clearing, and fire ceremony.
We teach you to use these amazing tools as practices that are experiential in nature, not merely conceptual. This is a critical piece of the training, for if I tried to teach you to swim conceptually, it would make little difference. Awakenings happen in the experiences of life. The course is designed to have you immediately integrate the work and see and experience the difference for yourself.
